I wrote a review and had a bad haircut but went back the next day and complained a little and there was several girls came up. One took me back she was so nice and talked to her about my experience I ask her to work a little magic and she did fixed my hair and go several complements on my hair after the fix. Thank you Bailey you made me wish I had said something before I wrote bad review it was just the one style list. I will be back thank you Ladies

Once again checked in on line 30 min left come back in 25 min missed turn got first available should have left one side of my head hair half inch shorter than other told her make sure front is straight it's not have to where a hat till I can go to a real stylist payed 29 dollars for MVP and she did not even comb my hair and put product in it. I owe Derby Sports Clips an apology. After my review of 4-09-2022 in which I promised never to return, I did. And I am glad I did. As soon as I entered the store, one of the stylists greeted me, and asked if I got the app to work. When I told her I tried, she said "don't worry about it, I've got you checked in". One of my favorite stylists acknowledged me and had me in the chair within 20 minutes. She explained there was a family emergency that left the remaining staff short handed. She further explained that the term "bypass" meant at the store and that they were eager to make things right. Once it was explained to me, I understood. I did suggest that a brief explanation (no personal information necessary) would have gone a long way. I also received a response from, store owner, Monique Haynes-Robertson offering to make things right. Rest assured, your staff did that this afternoon. I am so sorry for the staff member who lost a loved one. May she find peace. I am sorry for my knee jerk reaction to my perception of what was happening. I am grateful for second chances. Thank you for showing more class that was necessary. I will definitely be back!
